Pesor is a kind of traditional Betawi rice cake which is widely found in Mampang and its surroundings in South Jakarta. This food is often eaten with vegetable soup as a breakfast dish, along with nasi uduk.
Ingredients:
- good quality rice, washed
- water
- pandan leaves
How to Make:
- Mix rice with water and pandan leaves. Then, cook it until the water is absorbed.
- Place dough on a piece of banana leaf and cover it with other banana leaves
- Steam the dough for ± 1 hour until cooked.
