An island called zone C, created in 2010 with an area of around 3.2 ha, is located in the south of Setu Babakan. Visitors can find replicas of the old Betawi village, which is divided into 3 parts based on its characteristics: Coastal Betawi, Central Betawi and Suburban Betawi.
In each part of the island, houses and other supporting buildings are built with adjustment to the three Betawi characteristics. For example, in the Coastal Betawi zone, residential building is a stilt house to adapt to water area, while in the other parts, residential place is a terrace with a height of around 50 cm.
In addition to buildings, the island is also equipped with typical Betawi plants.
