Kue Cincin, often called Donut Cake, is a cake that is served as a daily snack, and for simple celebrations and festivals. It is made from brown sugar mixed with sago.
Ingredients:
- rice flour
- brown sugar
- sago
- water
How to make:
- Cook brown sugar into rice flour and stir them evenly.
- After the brown sugar mixture is cool, put in the sago. Store the dough for one day.
- Flatten the mixture then pierce with index finger
- Fry the the dough until cooked.
