Kue Cincin

Kue Cincin, often called Donut Cake, is a cake that is served as a daily snack, and for simple celebrations and festivals. It is made from brown sugar mixed with sago.

Ingredients:

  • rice flour
  • brown sugar
  • sago
  • water

How to make:

  • Cook brown sugar into rice flour and stir them evenly.
  • After the brown sugar mixture is cool, put in the sago. Store the dough for one day.
  • Flatten the mixture then pierce with index finger
  • Fry the the dough until cooked.
